T.L. Eastwood, an English and Creative Writing professor, is a native Californian and has spent many delightful hours with her dogs hiking through the forests and deserts of the western states. She currently resides in North Pomona with her German Shepherd Xena Lynn, who will make an appearance in Poodles About Town. Although the Dru and Chy books are works of fiction, Spazzer, the cat, and all the dogs are based on real pets that Ms. Eastwood has had the pleasure of knowing. Class Information
Professor Eastwood currently teaches beginning creative writing classes on Thursday nights from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at the La Verne Community Center. These classes are for ages 18 and older, and a fee of $10 for a 4-week session is charged.
Lectures are given in characterization, story elements, literary techniques, grammar, punctuation, dialogue, show versus tell, etc.
Students are encouraged to write their own short stories, novels, poems, journals, and biographies.

Illustrator
Caitlin R. Harchut, illustrator and elementary school teacher, currently lives in beautiful Southern California where she spends most of her time with her family, friends, and beloved dog, Wyatt. She has always had a love for reading, sketching, and animals, so illustrating The Adventures of Dru & Chy has truly combined all of her passions.
